The Role Of The Allergist Allergy and asthma diagnosis and treatment are very personalized. An accurate diagnosis cannot be made from laboratory tests alone. We will conduct a thorough history including current symptoms, family history and evaluation of the home and work environments, as well as allergy testing. The information collected enables us to determine if you have allergies, asthma or both.
